By accessing or using CarfaxCheaper ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

CarfaxCheaper provides vehicle history reports sourced from third-party data providers. Our reports include information about a vehicle's history, including but not limited to:

  • Accident history
  • Ownership records
  • Service history
  • Title information
  • Recall information

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

  • Single Report: $5.99 per report
  • 10-Report Bundle: $20.00 (credits never expire)

5. Report Credits

Purchased credits do not expire and can be used at any time. Credits are non-transferable between accounts. Each credit entitles you to one vehicle history report.

6. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, vehicle history reports are compiled from various third-party sources. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the information provided. Reports should be used as one tool among many when evaluating a vehicle purchase. We recommend always having a vehicle inspected by a qualified mechanic before purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARFAXCHEAPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC REPORT IN QUESTION.

CarfaxCheaper is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Carfax, Inc. or any vehicle manufacturer. "Carfax" is a registered trademark of Carfax, Inc.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Resell or redistribute reports without authorization
  • Attempt to access the Service through automated means
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
