Full Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Report Not Delivered: If you do not receive your report within 24 hours of purchase
- Invalid VIN: If we are unable to generate a report for the VIN provided (you will not be charged)
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available in these situations:
- You received the report but decided not to purchase the vehicle
- The report did not contain the specific information you were hoping to find (note: not all information is available for every vehicle)
- You provided an incorrect VIN and the report was generated for a different vehicle
- More than 30 days have passed since your purchase
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:
- Your email address used for the purchase
- The VIN of the vehicle
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request

Processing Time
Refund requests are typically reviewed within 1-2 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Credits Never Expire
If you purchased a bundle of credits, please note that your unused credits never expire. You can use them at any time in the future. If you would like a refund for unused credits, please contact us and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
